What counts as a tree emergency?
A tree that has already come down, a tree leaning toward the house, limbs broken and hanging in the canopy, or a tree that has shifted after a storm. If it could hurt somebody or damage something before Monday, treat it as one and call.
How fast can you get here?
That depends on where you are and what else is booked that day. Call and we will tell you straight what we can do and when, rather than promising a time we cannot hold.
A tree has come down on my house. What should I do first?
Get everybody out of that part of the house and stay away from any line the tree may have brought down with it. Then call us at (250) 981-6473. Do not try to cut a tree that is resting on a structure because it is holding weight and will move when you cut it.
